Introducing The Company

Al-Sudais Trading & Transport Company is a closed Saudi joint stock company established in 05/08/1968, Registered by Commercial Register No. (1010004520) issued in Riyadh according to the Ministry of Transport’s license to transport cargo goods with wages No. (010111000300)، and according to the ministerial decision Issued by the Minister of Trade and Investment No. (Q / 197) dated 23/05/2016, approving the announcement of the company’s transformation into a joint stock company. The company started its activity as an individual institution for more than thirty years, specifically in 1986, as the first carriers accredited to the Aramco plant in Riyadh to transport petroleum products to feed some power stations with a small number of employees and trucks designated for transportation. The company has taken its headquarters from the beginning of its establishment in Riyadh, specifically the old Al-Kharj road, along the second industrial city. As well as to its ownership and management of the periodic maintenance centers of the transportation fleet in each of the Dammam, Qassim, Northern Borders, maintenance services: “maintenance centers, deployment, oil change, such as to electrical and mechanical maintenance”.
