Al-Sudais Company for Trade and Transport has appointed “Al-Sudais”, “Al-Dakhil Financial Group” as a financial advisor, in preparation for offering its shares on the parallel market, “Nomu”, through direct listing. Al-Dakhil Financial Group clarified in a statement to Arqaam that it is working with Al-Sudais for Trade and Transport to complete the regulatory requirements and obtain the approval of the Capital Market Authority to list the company’s shares on the parallel market “Nomu”.

She pointed out that Al-Sudais Company for Trade and Transport was established in 1968 and specializes in transporting petroleum materials, cement and goods. It is also considered a certified and qualified transporter for Saudi Aramco and Saudi Electricity, and some military sectors. The agreement was signed between Mr. Muhammad Abdulaziz Al-Dakhil, CEO of Al-Dakhil Financial Group, and Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hudhaif, CEO of Al-Sudais Company for Trade and Transport.
